I am here for you. I get inspired by the task at hand, I listen well, and I’m patient. I work diligently to help you avoid pitfalls and get the best out of any deal – from the simplest to the most complex.

I understand “home” both as a place to live and an investment, and have the vision to see a property’s potential. For homebuyers, I want to make sure you get the home you’ll love for years to come. For sellers and investors, I know ways to help you maximize your return.

I also have a particular interest in working with seniors, both to make updates and maximize ease in your current home, and to help you move profitably and smoothly to more comfortable accommodations.

Life is full of transitions. These are key moments, and I thrive in them. Buying or selling your house is one such moment. Whether you’re just starting out, accommodating a growing family, downsizing for a new, freer lifestyle, or looking for an investment to help meet financial goals, I can help.

Purchasing our first house worked out well, and the home has grown with our family, but I sure could have used an experienced helping hand during that search! Since then I've successfully bought, renovated and sold investment properties, from fixers to midsize apartment buildings. Along the way, I’ve developed a great network of skilled people to help you with any home improvement project.

WHO AM I?

I grew up in a house designed by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright that was hand-built by my parents, full of natural wood and warmth. Its surprising angles and curious nooks and crannies informed my youthful imagination. I firmly believe that the houses we live in help shape us. I’ve been a homeowner in Seattle’s Mt. Baker neighborhood for over 20 years, and am continually improving the form and function of our house.

This year I became president of the PTA at my daughter’s school, with the aim of making it even better. I love ping pong for its simple social fun and the amazing skill the best players have. I’m lucky to have friends from all over the world, and you might see me riding my tall vintage bike around town.
